2. Work Procedure

receipt of applications for odor technology diagnosis

☉ In accordance with Article 6 (Application for Technology Diagnosis) of the 「Regulations on Odor Technology Diagnosis for Public Environmental Facilities」 applicants for an odor technology diagnosis shall submit an application to the implementing agency.
☉ Odor technology diagnosis specialized institutions (private) may apply the same procedure to related work, and may receive and process applications.
☉ Methods of implementing the odor technology diagnosis
    1. Small-amount and private contracts under the Local Autonomy Act
    2. Lump-sum, restricted competitive, and proposal bidding
    3. Receipt of application form

* Application form: Form No. 7 in the Annex to the Enforcement Rules of the Environmental Technology and Environmental Industry Support Act.
